A Hospitable alternative for AI guest replies
Hospitable is a full PMS with channel sync and AI messaging built in. Q&A Auto Replies start on its Host plan, and Inbox AI is on Mogul only. HostOwls is not a PMS. Where Hospitable is the better fit
- You need a PMS. Hospitable is one, with channel sync for Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Agoda. HostOwls isn't.
- You want one tool for everything. Channels, guest messages and AI in one place, on one bill.
- You want to start free. Essentials is free for unlimited properties, with 10 AI Suggested Replies a week.
- You want to try the paid AI first. Hospitable has a 14-day trial, no card needed.
Where HostOwls is the better fit
- You're happy with your PMS. Keep Resly, or any PMS with an open API, and add AI replies on top.
- You don't want a top-tier plan for AI. At 20 properties HostOwls is A$75 to A$120 a month. Hospitable Mogul, where Inbox AI lives, works out to A$948 including the PMS.
- You want a clear rule on uncertainty. If HostOwls isn't sure, the message goes to a person instead of a guess.
- You want a guidebook per guest. Each guest's link has their own door code, Wi-Fi and check-in time.
Switching, or adding HostOwls instead
You don't switch PMS to use HostOwls. If your PMS is Resly or has an open API, you add HostOwls to it. If Hospitable is your PMS, ask us first.

- Check the guidebook.It builds from your reservations. The AI answers from it, so this is what guests will hear.
- Turn off other auto-replies.Only one AI should answer a guest. Switch off the old one before HostOwls goes live.
