Do I have to stop using Guesty's own messaging or guidebook?
No. Reservations stay in Guesty, and HostOwls reads them. You can keep the scheduled messages you send from Guesty and let HostOwls answer the questions guests send in between. If two tools would send a guest the same thing, switch one off. We go through your setup with you in the demo.
Is the Guesty connection live?
