Do I have to stop using Hostaway's own messaging or guidebook?
No. Reservations stay in Hostaway, and HostOwls reads them. You can keep the scheduled messages you send from Hostaway and let HostOwls answer the questions guests send in between. If two tools would send a guest the same thing, switch one off. We go through your setup with you in the demo.
Is the Hostaway connection live?
