What does HostOwls read from Hostfully?
Your reservations, guest names, properties, guest messages, door codes and notifications when a booking changes. That list comes from the Hostfully API documentation, checked October 22, 2026.
Do I have to stop using Hostfully's own messaging or guidebook?
No. Reservations stay in Hostfully, and HostOwls reads them. You can keep the scheduled messages you send from Hostfully and let HostOwls answer the questions guests send in between. If two tools would send a guest the same thing, switch one off. We go through your setup with you in the demo.
Is the Hostfully connection live?
It connects through the Hostfully partner program, which approves each partner app before it can read an account. Book a demo and we request access for yours. Until that is approved, we don't call it live.
What happens when a reservation changes in Hostfully?
Hostfully tells HostOwls about the change. The guest's link updates to match, and the AI answers from the new details.
